Hello & Welcome,
My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner selves and work towards their goals. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and growth.
As a trauma-informed counselor, I prioritize the mind-body connection and use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a Person-Centered approach to achieve holistic healing.
Building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients is of great importance to me, as it provides a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore and express feelings. My goal is to equip individuals with practical skills to manage their thoughts and emotions for meaningful and lasting change.
I offer counseling services in English, Hindi, Punjabi & Urdu.

Our Services
Individual Counselling
Individual counselling is a safe and supportive space where you can focus on addressing your mental health, wellness, and healing. It is a personalized form of therapy that focuses on your unique needs and concerns, allowing you to process your stressors and develop effective coping mechanisms. Through individual counselling, you can develop greater sense of control over your life.
Individual (50 minutes) : $150
Relationship Counselling
Relationship counselling and relationship therapy provide invaluable support in addressing relational conflicts, emotional wounds, and fears that can affect our connections. By fostering open communication and understanding, these approaches not only strengthen relationships but also enhance anger management, promoting overall happiness and emotional balance.
Couples (80 minutes) : $200
