My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner selves and work towards their goals. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and growth.
As a trauma-informed counselor, I prioritize the mind-body connection and use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a Person-Centered approach to achieve holistic healing.
Building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients is of great importance to me, as it provides a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore and express feelings. My goal is to equip individuals with practical skills to manage their thoughts and emotions for meaningful and lasting change.
I offer counseling services in English, Hindi, Punjabi & Urdu.

Individual counselling is a safe and supportive space where you can focus on addressing your mental health, wellness, and healing. It is a personalized form of therapy that focuses on your unique needs and concerns, allowing you to process your stressors and develop effective coping mechanisms. Through individual counselling, you can develop greater sense of control over your life.
Individual (50 minutes) : $140 + GST
Relationships are a crucial aspect of our lives that contribute significantly to our overall well-being and happiness. However, when we face difficulties in our relationships, it can have a significant impact on our mental health. Relational conflicts, emotional wounds, and the presence of fear in our relationships can generate significant stress, anxiety, and emotional turmoil.
Couples (80 minutes) : $200 + GST
