Monique is a compassionate and collaborative Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master of Counselling degree from Gonzaga University. She is deeply rooted in the belief that meaningful change is possible when individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered. With a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, Monique creates a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their inner experiences and work toward lasting growth and healing.
