Specializes in relationship dynamics, attachment-based therapy, and the Gottman Method. Navreen works with high-achievers and couples struggling with communication. (Languages: English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu).
A compassionate advocate for children (5+), youth, and adults. Monique focuses on person-centered, strengths-based healing. (Languages: English, Punjabi).
With over five years of experience in crisis and high-stress environments, Bal is a grounded support for those navigating trauma, depression, and major life transitions like postpartum depression, perinatal dynamics and Menopause issues in women. (Languages: English, Punjabi).
Specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping teenagers navigate changes and intense emotions around it. and, ALso help young adults manage professional lives and relationships efficiently while helping them work through challenges like neurodiversity and body image issues.
