Devanshi Muni
Graduate Counsellor
Devanshi is a graduate clinical counsellor awaiting her RCC(Q). She is dedicated to creating a warm, empathetic, and collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges without judgment. She believes in the power of human connection and the resilience within each of us.
Devanshi takes a flexible, client-centred approach, integrating techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices.
She tailors her work to meet the unique needs of each individual and couple, meeting clients wherever they are in their journey. Devanshi deeply values the trust it takes to open up and works gently to help clients reconnect with their sense of self, strengthen their relationships, and find safety within their emotions. She is especially passionate about supporting those navigating the impact of trauma, attachment wounds, or difficult past experiences, and walks alongside clients as they process pain, rebuild trust, and rediscover hope.
With a trauma-informed lens, Devanshi approaches each session with sensitivity, ensuring clients feel supported and understood. She believes healing can feel heavy at times, but moments of lightness and connection are just as important. Whether you’re seeking clarity, coping strategies, or simply a safe space to process your experiences, Devanshi is here to help you uncover your strengths and move toward a life of balance and meaning. She looks forward to meeting you!
