Jordan Delville-Pratt
Jordan is Candian Certified Counsellor who works with adults and couples. Jordan believes that therapy is an opportunity to become curious about the stories we carry, the experiences that have shaped us, and the possibilities that may exist beyond the ways we have learned to understand ourselves. Jordan’s approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy, which recognizes that our problems are not the whole story of who we are and that there is often more possibility, strength, and meaning in our lives than we can see on our own.
Jordan takes particular interest in working with individuals navigating life transitions, changes in relationships and family dynamics. This may include moving to a new place, returning home, changes in family roles, or finding a new sense of identity as circumstances shift. These periods of transition can bring both opportunity and uncertainty, and therapy can provide a space to slow down and make sense of what is happening.
Jordan also specializes in working with the ways trauma and difficult experiences can get stuck in your body. Jordan approaches these responses with curiosity and compassion, recognizing them as meaningful adaptations rather than simply symptoms to eliminate. Together, with Jordan you can explore the connections between your experiences, your body, your relationships, and the stories you have come to carry about yourself.
Jordan’s goal is to offer a collaborative, supportive space where you can feel heard, develop greater awareness and choice, and explore what comes next.
